Staff

Scott Nattrass is the head cheerleading coach at the University of Colorado. Scott is a graduate of Colorado State University where he served as cheerleading coach for 8 years. Scott is a 15 year UCA staff member, where he has served as a Head Instructor, as well as being a member of the Core Staff and College Staff. Scott has been a national level judge for the past 13 years. Scott placed 2nd in the partner stunt competition at the UCA College Nationals in 2002, after competing in 2000 and 1999. Scott has choreographed and coached a variety of national level high school, college and all-star teams throughout the country. Scott is a fully USASF certified stunt and tumbling instructor. Scott is the President and CEO of Elite Performance Sports in Colorado, which currently operates four Elite cheerleading training facilities in Colorado. Scott is a fully USASF certified stunt and tumbling instructor.

Britney Weller has been coaching cheerleading since her graduation from high school. She has worked for Universal Cheerleaders Association or UCA for five years and joined the Elite Performance Sports family in the spring of 2010. She is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She double majored in Broadcast Production and Communication with a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. She is the General Manager of Mile High Elite in Sheridan, Colorado. She also works at Rocky Mountain Elite is Centennial, Colorado. She runs the program development for Mile High Elite’s High School Program as well as the recreational tumbling classes. She also is a coach for the Mile High Elite Mustangs. She has experience in judging competitions along with try outs. She does choreography for routines, including creating dances, stunt sequences, pyramids and other elements associated with creating a routine. Upon request, Britney is available for private lessons focusing on tumbling or cheerleading basics that any participant feels they need improvement on.

Keith Espinosa He has coached All Star Cheerleading for 9 years. Keith has filled his summers with being a UCA Staffer/ Head Instructor for the past 12 years. Keith has been a local and national competition judge for the past few years. In addition to judging routines execution, Keith also has been rules judge at UCA High School and All Star Nationals, in Orlando and All Star Nationals, in Orlando, FL, for the past 3 years. Keith was in Orlando to experience RME’s First Worlds as he has worked the USASF Worlds competition for 5 years.
